Strong Smiles Start at Steel City

We had our first appointment there today. They got us in quickly. The process since making the appointment to completing the appointment was very efficient. Dr. Meyer's AND THE ENTIRE STAFF were so friendly to me and my child. She explained the procedure we needed done thoroughly.  The office was very clean and orderly. Highly recommend!

We were blown away from the professionalism, the attention to make the children feel comfortable and safe. And the explanation and discussion of the recommended procedure and course of treatment was amazing. The facility is beautiful and uses the latest technology. I can’t say enough of the wonderful experience. They are our new dental team. Highly recommend the practice.

Dr. Meyers and her team are wonderful to work with. They are attentive to concerns of the parent and work to find a solution. My son loves to come here and they keep him comfortable in situations like pulling teeth, getting a crown, and cleanings. This is a great pediatric dentist office.

Steel city pediatric dentistry took us as a last minute appointment in a relatively urgent situation. They immediately took x-rays, assessed the situation, and got to work. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are all kind and professional. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was to talk to a real person at the front desk, and not just a recording or the dreaded centralized scheduling. The whole staff is exceptional.Dr Alexis Meyers is knowledgeable, skilled, level-headed, practical, and approachable. When I called the office outside of hours with a concern, she called me back immediately and put my fears to rest. I worked at UPMC medical school for 10 years, training med students on how to be friendly and non-judgmental. She would have gotten an A+ in all of those classes. She certainly gets an A+ from our family!

ust recently moved dentist offices for my daughter and I am so glad we found Steel City. She was nervous for her first appointment here because she wasn’t sure how the staff would be or what to expect at a new place. She had her first appointment today and she absolutely loves it here, and so do I. They’ve exceeded both of our expectations. She felt so comfortable which is so important for a children’s dentist office especially for kids who are typically shy or anxious. All of the staff made us feel so welcome from the minute we got there up until the moment we left and she can’t wait for her next appointment!
